"FORMER CASTLETON RESIDENT'S
DEATH
A former well-known Castleton resi-
dent, Mrs. Emily Airey, wife of Mr.
Joseph E. Airey of Malvern, passed
away on Friday after an illness lasting
about eight or nine weeks. Mrs. Airey
was 48 years of age and is survived by
her husband and two daughters. A
native of Castleton, Mrs. Airey was the
only daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.
A. Rangeley of 40 Thornham New Road,
and resided in Castleton until about 20
years ago, when she went to the South
of England. She was connected with
St. John's, Thornham, and the funeral
will take place in the burial ground
there at one o'clock this (Wednesday)
afternoon."
